Because it makes them seem like they have more to smell and mostly men arent usually in a perfume commercial so they have to make them sexy
Because sex sells. Period. Plus would you want to buy a perfume if it pictured a grandpa on a wheelchair holding a breathing mask?

the perfume smells so bad they think even their body odor will smell better
